Proposed pricing • All amounts in US dollars. These are draft options; your final quote will confirm activities, attendance, staffing, materials, and travel.
Birthday parties

Each package includes planning, reusable activity equipment, standard consumables, required protective equipment, and activity setup and cleanup. Travel and optional upgrades are priced separately. Customer supplies venue, tables, seating, refreshments and general event supervision. Choose age-appropriate activities within the package scope.
Extra participants and time
Proposed additional-child fees: $15 for Discovery or Outdoor, $18 for Create Together, and $25 for Big Discovery. Add a second leader for single-leader parties with more than 16 children; charge $125 for up to 90 minutes of activity time. Cap these packages at 24 children and quote larger groups individually. Younger ages or equipment-intensive activities may need a second leader sooner.
Suggested extra activity time: $75 per 30 minutes for one leader or $125 for two leaders, plus any additional consumables. Setup and cleanup are outside the advertised activity duration.
STEAMtastic reference pricing
STEAMtastic reference package list: Basic $379, Alchemist $429, Wizard $449, Einstein $619 and Air Blast Outdoor $409 for 1–12 children. These reference rates are adapted from the supplied pricing index and updated benchmark. They are draft options for review, not approved STEAMtastic rates. Confirm package inclusions and costs before adopting them.
School library and community programs
The following suggested prices cover a defined group and format. Standard activities may draw from Math in Motion, Wild Science, Engineering Excitement, Computer Science Cool and Art in Action. Price advanced robotics, 3D printing and Tech Trends or Industrial Process work separately when equipment or preparation exceeds the standard scope.

Participant caps count everyone actively using materials, including adults who participate. For open-access events, quote both total attendance and simultaneous station capacity; a large crowd cannot be priced as an unlimited workshop. Confirm appropriate staffing after selecting activities and ages.

Proposed additional educator fee: $20 for an introductory session, $30 for a half day or $45 for a full day. Quote a second facilitator above 25 participants. Include one planning call; price substantial curriculum design and follow-up coaching separately.
